We love it when someone "puts their money where their mouth is" as the saying goes! Cider Columnist, Chris Lehault, and his blog, Serious Eats confirms that Newhall Farm Ice cider is also a wonderful way to close out a meal."

“Each year, more and more producers in cold climates are turning out inspiring bottles. Newhall Farm's version is a Thanksgiving favorite for its high acidity, and wonderful spice and caramelized sugar flavors. Of course, there are no spices in this bottle, just 100% estate grown Vermont apples."

We thank Chris and his Serious Eats for making seriously good decisions when it comes to eating and drinking.

I had Samuel Smith’s cider on draft in London several years ago, it was amnizag! Much more character and just ever so slightly sweeter than Strongbow. Do you think I can buy it anywhere in Albany, NY?
