  • Newhall Farm Collaboration Dinner at The Inn at Weathersfield

    11th ANNUAL FARM DINNER

     AUGUST 24, 2013

    Vermont iconic chefs Ted Fondulas and Bill Thompson team with Chef Jason Tostrup of the Inn at Weathersfield for this most likely once in a lifetime culinary event. Unique to this occasion is that Chefs Ted and Bill have both transitioned from chef to farmer.
     
    Bill Thompson, former chef of The Inn at Weathersfield and now co-owner of Cavendish Game Birds of Vermont, and Ted Fondulas, former chef-owner of Hemingway's Restaurant and now co-director of operations at Newhall Farm are together thrilled to create a magical four-course feast with Chef Jason.

    • 6:00 PM Cocktail Hour & SILENT AUCTION bidding opens
    • 7:15 PM Guests are seated for dinner with live music

    Proceeds will fund a $2500 culinary scholarship
    for a Vermont student through the
    Vermont Chapter of The American Institute of Wine & Food.
